Main activities:

• real estate administration residential and uninhabited abroad
• design, construction, reconstruction, repair and operation of administrative, public, residential, process and non-productive buildings and constructions and other objects of federal property abroad and in the territory of the Russian Federation, performing at the same time functions of the customer, designer, contractor and operating organization
• providing in lease of objects of federal property abroad housing-and-municipal and welfare appointment
• intermediary services at purchase and sale and delivery in hiring (lease) of real estate residential and uninhabited
• foreign economic activity, including commercial, financial and trade relations with participation of the Russian and foreign partners
• consultation on questions of a business activity, finance and management in the field of construction and operation of a real estate
• marketing of the market situation of the real estate, providing information on the most optimal investment of means into objects of federal property in the territory of the Russian Federation and abroad
