State Housing Inspectorate of the Omsk Region

The State Housing Inspectorate of the Omsk Region is the executive authority of the Omsk Region, which exercises regional state housing supervision in the Omsk Region. The inspection carries out the functions of housing supervision, namely the prevention, detection and suppression of violations by state authorities, local authorities, as well as legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and citizens established in accordance with housing legislation, energy conservation legislation and on increasing the energy efficiency of the requirements for the use and safety of the housing stock, regardless of its ownership forms. The Inspectorate also monitors compliance with the information disclosure standard by organizations operating in the field of apartment building management in accordance with the procedure established by federal law.

History

2013: Creation of the State Housing Inspectorate of the Omsk Region

The State Housing Inspectorate of the Omsk Region was created in accordance with the decree of the Governor of the Omsk Region dated January 15, 2013 No. 2 "On the reorganization of the Main Directorate of Housing Control, State Construction Supervision and State Expertise of the Omsk Region."
