Stoloto (TK Center)

Stoloto (Technological Company Center JSC (TC Center)) is a distributor of all-Russian state lotteries, which are held under state supervision of the Federal Tax Service and on the basis of Orders of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 02.05.2012 No. 687-r and dated September 14, 2009 No. 1318-r in order to financially support and develop physical culture and sports. The organizers of lotteries within the framework of the Federal Law "On Lotteries" are the Ministry of Finance of Russia and the Ministry of Sports of Russia.

Within the framework of corporate social responsibility, Stoloto supports Russian sports, as well as a large number of charitable projects and organizations. Stoloto is part of the multidisciplinary Russian holding S8 Capital (owned by Armen Meruzhanovich Sargsyan), which is engaged in the creation and development of high-tech digital products and platforms and unites enterprises in the financial and telecommunications sectors, in the field of e-commerce, digital media and retail.

History

2025: Russian woman's win ₽36 million thanks to AI

Anastasia Sinitsyna, a resident of the Nizhny Novgorod region, won ₽36,151 million in the Rapido Pro lottery using a combination of numbers proposed by the neural network. This became known on April 22, 2025. The winning ticket was purchased online and turned out to be successful in the 325497th circulation, said Stoloto, the largest distributor of all-Russian state lotteries.

According to RIA Novosti, at first the girl purchased lottery tickets, choosing numbers randomly, but then decided to change the approach to participation. To get a numerical combination, she turned to artificial intelligence, which recommended that she choose the number 18, 20, 3, 9, 5, 14, 12, 7 for the first field, and the number 2 for the second.

In addition to the recommendations of the neural network, the winner also checked with a special horoscope, according to which her zodiac sign is most lucky in this lottery. Such a comprehensive approach to choosing numbers turned out to be successful, bringing Anastasia a major win.

According to the winner herself, she had faith in the possibility of winning after the first small prize in the ₽300. When she received an SMS notification of a major win, she opened the application and froze from surprise. The feeling was like the world had stopped around. To confirm the reality of what was happening, Anastasia called a friend who advised her to just enjoy new opportunities.

According to the agency, the winner has already decided on how to dispose of the funds received. The priority is buying your own home, financial assistance to your mother with repairs, as well as a long-awaited trip to China. The girl plans to purchase a new laptop, update household appliances and make small investments in the arrangement of her home.

Lotteries are distributed by its own and partner retail chains in all 85 constituent entities of Russia through more than 100,000 points of sale, as well as on the website of the lottery Internet supermarket www.stoloto.ru and in the Stoloto mobile application. In total, there are 17 state lotteries in the Stoloto brand portfolio.
