Bookmaker Fonbet bought Stone Kurskaya

The bookmaker company Fonbet acquired the Stone Kurskaya business center with a total area of ​ ​ 15.6 thousand square meters. The facility is located in Kostomarovsky Lane in the center of Moscow. The value of the transaction is estimated in the range from ₽5 billion to ₽7 billion. The bookmaker may use the building to house the headquarters or lease office space for investment purposes. This became known on October 1, 2025.

According to Kommersant, three sources of the publication in the real estate market told about the purchase of a business center. Developer Stone, acting as the developer of the project, declined to comment. The bookmaker Fonbet did not respond to a request from the publication. Information about the transaction is confirmed by several independent participants in the commercial real estate market of the capital.

Expert assessments vary depending on the method of calculation and the expected parameters of the object.

Viktor Zaglumin, co-founder and partner of Bright Rich|CORFAC International, believes that Fonbet can accommodate its headquarters in the acquired building. Combining different divisions in one office complex will increase the efficiency of the company. Centralization of business processes is a common practice among large corporations. The concentration of employees on the same site makes communication between departments easier.^[1]

Completion of construction

The development company Stone has completed the main construction work in the new Stone Kurskaya office building located in the Tagansky district of Moscow. This became known in February 2025. The project worth more than ₽2 billion was implemented with the financial support of Promsvyazbank and is being prepared for commissioning in the first half of 2025.

According to Vedomosti, commissioning is currently underway at the facility (February 2025). The Minister of the Government of Moscow, the head of the Department of Urban Planning Policy of the capital Vladislav Ovchinsky confirmed the completion of the main stage of construction.

Chairman of Mosgosstroynadzor Anton Slobodchikov said that construction work on a 0.3 hectare site has been underway since June 2022. During this period, 13 field inspections were carried out. In the second quarter of 2025, it is planned to hold a final event, based on the results of which a decision will be made to draw up a conclusion on the compliance of the building with the requirements of design documentation.

The construction department of the developer Stone said that in February 2025, a set of measures is being taken to check and test the installed engineering and technical equipment in the limit load mode. This stage is part of the preparation of the facility for obtaining the necessary permits for the commissioning of the building.

The new business center is being implemented in a single volume for the headquarters of a large company and will create about 1.5 thousand new jobs in the area of ​ ​ the Kurskaya metro station. The project also provides for the comprehensive improvement of the area around the building with the creation of green areas and places for outdoor recreation.

Financing for the construction of the Stone Kurskaya business center was carried out through the project financing mechanism. Promsvyazbank approved a credit line worth more than ₽2 billion for the implementation of the project.
