2024: Founder of S7 Vladislav Filev became a co-owner of Svarog LLC

On October 11, 2024, it became known that the founder of the private aviation group S7Vladislav Filev became a co-owner of Svarog LLC. This company works in the field of marine and ground engineering surveys.

Svarog LLC was registered in 2024 in Moscow with an authorized capital of 10 thousand rubles. The company has branches in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk and Gelendzhik. The main area of ​ ​ activity is declared scientific research and development in the field of natural and technical sciences (other).

S7 Group

The Svaroga website says that the company's work is focused on performing offshore and onshore engineering surveys in the interests of organizations working in the oil and gas industry, telecommunications and power, as well as their survey, construction and service contractors who need the information necessary to make engineering and management decisions. Svarog has experience in supporting the development of fields in the Okhotsk, Kara and Caspian Seas. Svaroga's list of services includes: high-precision positioning of all types of offshore work; integrated hydrographic and geophysical surveys; engineering-geological, engineering-hydrometeorological and ecological surveys; plan and altitude support of all types of works; Starfix differential positioning service.

According to Interfax, as part of the transaction, Filev received 49% in Svarog LLC. The owner of the controlling stake was Sergei Savchenkov, who previously served as general director of Space Transport Systems LLC (legal entity of S7 Space). The former owners of Svarog were Georgy Gamsakhurdia (55%) and Sergey Duginov (45%). The latter, as of October 2024, is listed as the head of Svarog^[1]
