Certification of information security tools - MVP SVEMEL Ltd is accredited as testing laboratory FSB and the Russian Defense Ministry (No. of information security facility RU.LI0115, No. AF-200 of January 10, 2016 and No. 311 of November 10, 2014) and carries out certification tests of information security tools in the systems of certification of FSB of Russia and Russian Defense Ministry.

Certification of objects of informatization - MVP SVEMEL Ltd is accredited as body for certification of objects of informatization (the certificate of accreditation No. of information security facility RU.057.B01.004 of September 10, 2014) in the system of certification of FSTEC of Russia for the purpose of implementation of a complex of organizational and technical actions as a result of which by means of the special document – "The certificate of compliance" is confirmed that an object conforms to requirements of the standards or other regulating documents for security of information approved by FSTEC of Russia.

History of the company

• 1989 - the employee group of Scientific Research Institute Kvant creates the independent small implementation enterprise "SVEMEL" which is engaged in maintenance and repair of import computer aids (it is generally limited to replacement of the failed nodes and parts).
• 1991 - the company dynamically develops, forms a circle of regular customers, "SVEMEL" takes the first steps on the way of mastering of more difficult technologies, moves to a new level - begins to be engaged in repair of nodes (payments, disk drives and t.p).
• 1993 - the enterprise implements new technological solutions, expands a field of activity, increases creative and potential production and, as a result, firmly takes the place in the Russian market of information technologies. There is conversion of the company to Multi-profile Implementation Enterprise SVEMEL Ltd.
• 1994 - actively develops in the companies the new direction - development, production and delivery of the protected ADP equipment. "SVEMEL" attaches great value to protection of the state and trade secret circulating in computing systems from leak on technical channels.
• 1995 - The state technical commission under the President of the Russian Federation of SVEMEL company grants "The license for activity in the field of data protection". "SVEMEL" continues to develop and creates the Center of system integration which in 2001 is transformed JSC SINKLIT entering into Svemel group. The main direction of the Center - creation of the protected information and management information systems of an enterprise scale on the basis of the newest developments of world leading manufacturers in the field of computer and information technologies.
• 1996 - "SVEMEL" signed with Compaq company the long-term agreement about cooperation. From this point all protected computers are created based on workstations of Compaq. What is important, at completion warranty obligations of producer - Compaq company remain. "SVEMEL" signed the first long-term agreement about delivery and service maintenance of the protected equipment with central office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
• 1997 - in connection with the increased interest in the equipment for repair of ADP equipment of "SVEMEL" creates MASTER TUL LLC company which supplies the tool and the equipment for repair, maintenance and installation of the electronic systems and networks. Svemel creates Laboratory of perspective technologies which is engaged in research activity in the field of creation of methods and information security tools.
• 1998 - "SVEMEL" signs the long-term agreement about delivery and service maintenance of the protected ADP equipment with the State Duma of the Russian Federation.
• 1999 - "SVEMEL" receives the first order from the Federal Agency of Government Communications and Information under the President of the Russian Federation (FAGCI) on carrying out research works on a research of opportunities of protection of mobile phones. Based on the researches "SVEMEL" created and started production of the protected cell phones based on models of Motorola and Nokia companies. Control of an acoustic situation in premises where confidential negotiations when using these phones are conducted it becomes impossible. "SVEMEL" signs about the MFA of Russia the long-term agreement about delivery of the protected equipment and conducting works on creation of a LAN in the Russian foreign institutions.
• 2000 - "SVEMEL" creates Mobiblok - the device for blocking of mobile communication in the premises intended for confidential negotiations and meetings.
• 2002 - "SVEMEL" receives the order from FAGCI for carrying out ROC on development of the special protected PEVM for processing of the classified information in state governing bodies - the so-called federal computer. "SVEMEL" formulates requirements to a secure information system for state bodies. Finds support from SUN Microsystems corporation and starts implementation of the large-scale plan of creation of safe information environment on the basis of terminal technologies (technologies of "thin client") of SUN. Works are conducted in close contact with the competent state organizations of Russia. As a result of accomplishment of these works for the first time there will be an opportunity to create the highly effective information systems for work with confidential information in state governing bodies which are completely meeting all requirements of information security.
• 2004 – certification tests of Solaris 9 OS (the certificate of State Technical Commission of the Russian Federation No. 843 of 1/22/04) are carried out. The software package of the protected terminal access is created and certified.
• 2005 - April, in Renessans hotel, the conference "Sun Microsystems took place: technologies of trust". The hardware and software system designed to implement the requirements to information security formulated in the Decree of the Russian President No. 611 of May 12, 2004 and (Internet) ensuring safe functioning with external information resources and with internal (departmental/corporate) from the only terminal workplace which allows to provide secure access from one terminal, but within the different sessions, to information resources of a different confidentiality level was provided. On this HSS FSTEC certificate No. 988 of 2/8/05 is received. "SVEMEL" signed the long-term agreement about delivery and service maintenance of the protected equipment with central office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
• 2006 - certification tests of the entrusted operating environment Zircon are complete and the certificate of conformity of FSTEC of Russia No. 1303 of 12/20/06 which allows to use the entrusted operating environment Zircon for creation of the protected automated systems processing information containing data which are the state secret is received.
• 2007 – it is completed by ROC on creation of the protected workplace of access to public service networks based on the terminal station Sun Ray which can be used in the selected premises of public authorities. In April the pilot Education national project is started.
• 2008 – the 15 anniversary of the company. Certification tests of the entrusted operating environment Zircon 10 and Zircon T are complete and are received the certificate of conformity of FSTEC of Russia No. 1752 and No. 1753 of 12/29/08 which allows to use the entrusted operating environment Zircon for creation of the protected automated systems processing information containing data of personal data and confidential information.
• 2012 - Based on participation in rating Tekhuspekh the SVEMEL company is included into TOP-10 of the best hi-tech, high-growth companies.
• 2013 – development of the entrusted Zircon 36 operating system and creation on its basis of the protected software and hardware complex of terminal access Zircon 36 is begun.
• 2014 – is conducted development of the application software intended for functioning on the platform of the Zircon 356 operating system and also the research of a possibility of completion of this software for an exit to free market of the software is conducted. • 2015 – the FSTEC certificate of Russia on a terminal subscriber station Zircon 36AP which can be used for implementation of access to network of the international information exchange, including international association of Internet networks in the selected premises is received.
• 2016 - MVP Svemel Ltd implemented GOST 56939-2016: In June, 2016 national standard 56939-2016 "Data protection was adopted. Development of the safe software. General requirements" which will become effective only on June 01, 2017. MVP Svemel Ltd as the developer of a protected software, carried out the analysis of compliance of the algorithms of software development implemented within the organization to requirements of the national standard. Based on internal audit MVP Svemel Ltd confirms compliance of the existing regulations of creation of software components at all stages of lifecycle (including design, implementation and testing) to the main requirements of national standard 56939-2016. For the purpose of normative fixing of requirements of the national standard in documentation of the company regulating development processes of the safe software changes and additions are made to the relevant documents of a quality management system of the company.
