History
The Symteco company was founded in 2000. Initially the company was concentrated on the projects connected with software development and system integration. Among the first employees of Basharuli Nukri employed several programmers from the university - MEPhI.
In 2002 the company released a new product —.eCommerce (the engine of online store. It could be set on any Web server with support of PHP and MySQL). In September, 2004 the Symteco company purchased Symbol Consulting, the company on development of different Windows applications.
Some time the company was known for the products for developers for the Linux and IBM PC platforms.
In 2009 the company provided service more than 3,000 companies. US GAAP in 2009 — US$125.15 million, net profit — US$6.7 million (growth by 5%) At the end of 2009 the Symteco International company occupied 13.6% of the CIS of the market of the CIS of mobile payments.
In 2010 at a meeting of Board of Directors of the company the decision on creation of payment division - DaisyPay Inc was made. The same year the company purchased division on release of the software for mobile phones of the German firm Riccone GmbH, in connection with leaving of the last from the telecommunication market and also transferred all the assets connected with development of the automated control systems (ACS) of the concrete plants in the German company STETTER GmbH. It was in many respects connected with focusing of the company on the systems of mobile payments.
The company has unique experience of implementation and development of the systems of mobile payments on the basis of own technology developments.
Partners of "Symteco International" are world leaders in information technology field and engineering support. Customers of the company — the largest companies from key spheres of economy: telecommunications, industrial enterprises, transport corporations, banks and insurance companies.
In 2010 the Symteco company announced support of Near Field Communication in the payment projects. Among customers of the company there are largest organizations: Chevron Corporation, Boeing, China Telecom, BNP Paribas, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, Deutsche Telekom, Procter & Gamble, Volkswagen, BMW, etc.
For years of work the Symteco International command implemented several thousands of large projects. Collective number as of 11/30/10 — 590 people.
In 2010 Symteco opened branch which will begin to make use of experience of the Russian developments for development of the payment platform of DaisyPay in Russia. For the next three years the company is going to invest in it about US$4 million and to increase the number of employees from present 5 up to 40 people.
