Systems and projects (STC of IRM, IRM-Development)

Systems and Projects group (NTTs IRM Ltd, IRM-Development Ltd, JSC Sistemy i proyekty) — one of players of the domestic industry of EDMS standing at the origins of formation of the Russian market of electronic document management in the early nineties.

History

The group began to form since 1992 based on earlier existing Institute of development of Moscow. Quickly enough the company had a shrink-wrapped ECM software product 'Cinderella' (this lyrical name in itself well reflects the romantic atmosphere of formation of the Russian IT market in the last decade of the last century), development and which the STC of IRM promoted. Just this direction of our activity was very notable in the market. But at the beginning of new century the situation in the market and for us specifically began to change. The matter is that a considerable part of work of holding in general was connected with accomplishment publicly not really noticeable, but enough difficult integration ECM projects with a big share of custom developments. Also it turned out so that just at the beginning of zero years this direction of our activity began to grow quickly, the company strongly 'plunged' into it.

Historically the company was to a large extent are focused on solving of tasks of the city of Moscow. And Moscow is a huge market, will not be exaggeration to tell that not less than a half of IT market of the country was the share of it those years. Moreover, just the capital was and is some kind of proving ground for all progressive ideas and technologies in the field of IT, and both in commercial, and in state sectors. Providing state services, creations of portals, the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction (SIEI), in many respects underwent industry approbation on real and very large-scale projects in Moscow.

The company got wide experience of project implementation of automation on the basis of document management systems in city structures of Moscow, first of all its huge and difficult construction complex, and began to use it, on the one hand, in business companies several years ago, and with another — on all territory of the country. It was promoted substantially by quickly growing demand for the similar systems, including as a result of the general and rather fast movement of the country towards transition to providing electronic services both on federal, and on municipal levels, with use SIEI. The company was one of developers Moscow SIEI, implemented in a city management system several years ago, and just this solution is the cornerstone federal SIEI and also the majority of the similar regional systems.

All line of software of the company for work with documentary information is called IRM DOC. So, the system of classical Russian office-work Cinderella, widely known and popular in public authorities, represents the boxed solution which the user can implement even by own forces, IRM classicDoc is called now. There are also solutions for automation of services of 'one window' and the multifunction centers (MFC) providing the public and municipal services to the population (IRM mfcDOC) for creation of portals of corporate management (IRM portalDOC) and electronic archives (IRM archiveDOC).

The electronic document management system is IRM businessDoc, in it the possibility of interaction of diverse information systems is implemented, legally significant intercorporate electronic document management between separate legal entities is created, there is a mobile client giving an ability to manage the enterprise or the organization in a continuous duty. The corporate clients already now using this system are large developer ('SPb Renovation'), insurance (Oranta), power sales (Mosenergosbyt) and other companies. The solution is implemented in the state bodies and the organizations of the Government of Moscow connected with management of the construction industry of the megalopolis.
