History

2010

In 2010 JSC Marienergosbyt was a part of Transneftservice With LLC, nowadays — PJSC TNS energo Group. 6/30/2015 of JSC Marienergosbyt on the basis of the Solution of general shareholder meeting it was renamed into "TNS of Power Mari El" Public joint stock company.

2006

Since 2006 Society works in the status of the guaranteeing electricity provider in the territory of the Republic of Mari El. No. 74 "About accomplishment of functions of the guaranteeing supplier of electrical energy in the territory of the Republic of Mari El" (with changes) the status of the guaranteeing supplier is given by the resolution of Republican service on rates of the Republic of Mari El of 10/3/2006 to JSC Marienergosbyt — according to the subparagraph "and" item 36 of Basic provisions of functioning of retail markets of electrical energy (are approved by the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 8/31/2006 No. 530). Now the status of the guaranteeing supplier is caused by paragraph 198 of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 5/4/2012 No. 442. The zone of activity is approved by the Order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Mari El of 1/28/2015 No. of 9 N and determined by administrative borders of the Republic of Mari El except for a zone of activity of other guaranteeing supplier.

2005

January, 2005 — start time of counting of the contemporary history of Society. Then as a result of reorganization of JSC Marienergo in the form of selection JSC Marienergosbyt was created. The newly created power sales organization became the subject of wholesale market of the electric power (power) that granted it the right to buy the electric power on wholesale the electricity market (power).

1996

On the basis of the Order of RAO UES of Russia of 5/30/1996 No. 169 the Energonadzor was transformed to Energosbyt which in connection with changes lost function of the state supervision. The modern history of Energosbyt began with improvement of an organization structure of the enterprise, selection of skilled staff, implementation of essentially new solutions of marketing and financial management.

1980

In the late eighties of the XX century development of the power industry required the increasing requirements of the national economy. At this time active rates new were under construction and old transmission lines increased in extent, substations were built, the new combined heat and power plant was under construction. Along with these processes also the Energonadzor dynamically developed. In the republic three departments of the enterprise worked. Tasks of staff of the Energonadzor included control of operation and repair of metering devices of consumption of electrical energy. Functions of the state power supervision of safe operation of electric units of consumers were assigned to the enterprise. But the priority direction in work was sale and accounting of the consumed electric power.

1986

Since 1/1/1986 based on this power network enterprise the district power management (DPM) of Marienergo which in February, 1992 is transformed to Marienergo public joint stock company is created. The separate division of REU "Marienergo" formed in 1986 — the Energonadzor — became a basis of JSC Marienergosbyt and PJSC TNS energo Mary El existing today.

1964: Creation of the company

The history of the largest power sales organization in the territory of the republic originates from the moment of formation of the Mari power supply system, namely since 1/1/1964 — then as a part of Gorky power supply system the Mari electric networks were created.
