PJSC TNS energo Nizhny Novgorod is included into structure of PJSC TNS energo Group, one of the largest independent power supply companies of Russia.

Assets

According to information for September, 2015 the company controls 59.16% of sales market of the electric power in the Nizhny Novgorod Region, services more than 32 thousand legal entities from which more than 4.6 thousand agreements are signed with the consumers financed from budgets of different levels, and more than 1.3 million personal accounts of individuals under agreements.

Among clients of the company there are large industrial enterprises, the organizations of medium and small business, organization of the budget sphere, the population of the city and area.

Structure

For 2015 eight departments are a part of the company: Arzamas, Balakhna, Vyksa, Kstovo, Semenovsky, Sergachsky, Shakhunsky and City which services consumers of Nizhny Novgorod, Bor, Dzerzhinsk and the Volodarsk district.

History

2019: Criminal case and searches

In May, 2019, the ICR reports that the SK investigating bodies across the Nizhny Novgorod Region bring criminal case upon deviation by the management of PJSC TNS Energo Nizhny Novgorod from payment of taxes in especially large size (the Paragraph of Part 2 of Article 199 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The amount of the taxes "TNS Power Nizhny Novgorod", unpaid in 2014-2016, in SK estimated more than 1 billion rubles at the amount.

In May, 2019 investigators of SK together with the operational staff of General Administration for Economic Security and Combating Corruption of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and UEB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs PC of Russia across the Nizhny Novgorod Region carry out searches in the office spaces occupied by PJSC TNS Energo Group and "TNS power Nizhny Novgorod" and also in the place of residence of persons involved.

2005: Creation of the company

The "TNS Power Nizhny Novgorod" public joint stock company is registered in Nizhny Novgorod on April 1, 2005.

Social responsibility

As of 2015, "TNS power Nizhny Novgorod" is the socially oriented company. Society aims funds at the development of the different directions of public work: the company assists the children's, sports, medical and religious organizations, supports charitable projects and regional social programs.
