TPV Si-Ai-Es LLC (TPV CIS) belongs to the TPV group, a transnational group of companies engaged in the production and sale of consumer electronics. TPV CIS is engaged in the promotion of televisions and audio products under the Philips brand in Russia and the CIS countries.
2017
According to 2017 data, in the Russian Federation, the company is represented by TIPs Vision Eurasia LLC.
By 2017, the TPV CIS plant mastered the assembly of electronics brands: Philips, AOC, Sony, Sharp, Panasonic, Infomir, DEXP, Dofler, Harper, Haier. TP Vision is engaged in the development, production and promotion of Philips televisions in Europe, Russia, the Middle East, Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay and certain countries of Southeast Asia and the Pacific, except China.
2011: Opening of the plant in St. Petersburg
TPV CIS - the first Russian factory of the Chinese contract electronics manufacturer TPV Group, specializing in the development, production and post-sale maintenance of displays, monitors, LCD TVs and LCD panels for a wide range of applications, was opened in St. Petersburg in 2011.

In total, as of March 2017, there are more than 10 plants in the TPV group structure in different countries of the world.
2014: TPV Technology fully purchased TP Vision from Philips
In 2014, TPV Technology bought the remaining 30% of TP Vision from Philips, transforming the company into a subsidiary.
2012: Creating TP Vision
In 2012, TPV Technology and Philips created a joint venture TP Vision in Amsterdam (70% of the shares belonged to a Hong Kong company, and 30% to a Dutch concern), which took over the production and sale of Philips-branded televisions.
