According to Forbes, the representative of Igor Rotenberg said that the businessman completely left the ownership of the complex back in February 2021. At the same time, the exact share owned by Rotenberg was not disclosed, but it is known that it was less than 50%. The identity of the new owner also remains unknown.

Until December 30, 2022, 100% of Aviapark belonged to the Cypriot offshore Darkforest Holding Company. Then 49.95% of the company passed to K. Yu. Bochkov, who currently owns 50% of JSC TVK Aviapark through the company Innovation and Strategy.

The deal to sell Igor Rotenberg's stake in Aviapark was supposed to become one of the largest retail real estate in recent years. For comparison, the sale of Morgan Stanley 50% of the St. Petersburg shopping center "Gallery" to the Arab fund Mubadala in early 2020 was estimated at 31-37 billion rubles.[1]
