History

• For 2013 the company developed and implemented about 190 projects on services of outsourcing Contact center in Russia, the CIS countries and the neighboring countries. Besides we provided access to services of local, intercity and international telephone communication to nearly 5,000 companies.
• Tango Telecom received certificates of conformity in several directions of the state certification on the ISO 27001 system in the field of IT services: to security of activity of work, organization and implementation of outsourcing Contact centers, ecological and power management. Also the company management is certified as auditors of internal checks of the systems of management of communication that confirms business and professional reputation of Tango Telecom in the market of information services.
• Joined Tango Telecom the National Association of Contact Centers integrating the organizations for support of the innovative development.
