2022: Creation of a company

The money will be used to develop a high-tech laboratory, which, as indicated in the press release, will allow the company not only to introduce new tastes and combinations into the market, but also to modify the raw materials at a deeper level so that the final product suits not only the taste, but also preserves the nutritional properties of the original product. Innovative laboratory developments are designed to help the manufacturer accelerate the process of releasing new products to the market and make them more accessible.

Under the brand name "Not Meat," Tashir Food began to produce vegetable protein products, which, as noted in the group, fill taste needs and open up a new experience for gourmets and vegan food adherents.

The market has shown that awareness has long ceased to be a trend and has grown into a necessity. This is evidenced by the increased demand for products from plant raw materials. The category is dynamically developing, new manufacturers of plant products are appearing, the assortment line is expanding, new distribution channels are appearing, "said Ararat Araratyan, co-owner of the Tashir Food brand.

According to him, retail chains are actively interested in attracting products in the field of environmentally friendly and healthy nutrition of the future to their stores in the country. Grill products, vegan cheese and milk are especially popular.

The brand "Not Meat" offers plant-based mince and meat, ready-made pies, grill dishes and barbecues. The manufacturer will also present such categories of plant-based products as vegan cheese, desserts and delicacies.^[1]
