Company

The Tekhtransleasing company was created in the summer of 2004. From the moment of the creation leasing of armored cars for collector services became one of the main activities of the company. The come business contacts with different suppliers of armored cars and also high professionalism of staff of the company allowed us to take for a short period the leading positions in this specialized segment of the market of leasing services. In parallel with it the direction of vehicle leasing and the construction equipment developed. Partner relationship with a number of motor shows was set that, in turn, gave us the chance to offer to our clients special terms for acquisition of cars through leasing.

In 2006 the company developed the programs of retail leasing for all types of the equipment, special equipment and motor transport allowing to make operational decisions on financing of leasing projects, using the standardized valuation methods of a financial status of lessees. Besides, the system on control of the leasing portfolio which in many respects is based on monitoring of a financial position of lessees that allowed to strengthen financial discipline in the company was developed and to considerably reduce financial risks.

Following 2007 the particular emphasis in the company was placed on increase in number of transactions on leasing of the equipment and also on improvement of the mechanism of leasing transactions. The greatest success in this area was achieved in the field of leasing of the polygraphic equipment. For several months the share of such equipment in the leasing portfolio of the company managed to be brought to 6 percent.

For the next three years the company carried out a series structured, though small, transactions. It was succeeded to implement successfully leasing transactions with the retail store equipment and the equipment relating to food and processing industry.

Is later in 2008-2009, despite the considerable deterioration in an environment in financial markets which resulted from a world financial crisis the company not only saved growth rates of the business, but also attracted in 2009 140 million rubles of additional borrowed funds as a result of cooperation with Sberbank of Russia that considerably increased the leasing portfolio and pressure upon a leasing margin of the company lowered. The other volume of loan financing was attracted at third-party banks that allowed to carry out a number of successful transactions with the companies – the largest logistic operators who are to leaders in the segment of business.

2010 was marked by preparation for participation in an open competition (tender) for signing of the contract of leasing with FGUP Russian Post – one of the largest Russian and world carriers of loads. Because the company got powerful benefit before rates of the rival companies, based on this tender "Tekhtransleasing" was announced by the winner.

Also in 2010 the company took together with "MSP Bank" part in program implementation on support of a small and medium entrepreneurship using the leasing mechanism. Because the company rendered assistance in the "Financing for Innovations and Upgrade" program execution, it allowed to increase the level of support of small and medium business, to expand partner base not only "Tekhtranslizinga", but also bank and also to take active part in implementation of plans for ensuring availability, transparency and efficiency of bringing the state resources to the enterprises – small and medium-sized businesses.

After the conclusion of transactions within the "Financing for Innovations and Upgrade" Program and also some other shorter contracts, the company aimed at expansion of the leasing portfolio at the expense of entry into the new markets. So in 2011 delivery agreements in leasing of the equipment for the pharmaceutical companies were signed and implemented. At that time only read leasing transactions in this area were performed successfully.
