2023: Sampling Equipment Release

The Technoanalit company, which operates on the territory of the Technopolice Moscow special economic zone (SEZ), has imported automatic samplers of loose and liquid materials. Such equipment is used in almost all areas of production. This was announced on March 30, 2023 by the head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy, which is part of the Complex of Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations of the capital, Vladislav Ovchinsky.

The company has been located on the SEZ site since 2018, where it occupies 500 square meters of production space and another 200 office space. The company produces metering and control devices, and in 2023 established the production of samplers. They are used in the food, chemical, oil and gas industries, in the production of building materials, in the agro-industrial complex and other industries, - said Vladislav Ovchinsky.

Such equipment is used wherever it is necessary to take samples of loose material, ranging from milk and sunflower oil to mineral fertilizers and plastic crumbs. Previously, such equipment was mainly supplied from the USA, Germany and Switzerland.

Among the first customers are a manufacturer of industrial chemistry products, a production complex for deep processing of corn grains and a large agricultural holding.

The company has launched the production of automatic samplers of dry, loose and liquid materials for almost any production line, for example, automatic sampling from screw and scraper conveyors, inclined gravity pipelines, pressure reactors, bunkers, as well as in places of material transfer, - explained Gennady Degtev, General Director of the SEZ Technopolice Moscow.

During sampling from scraper and screw conveyors, the pneumatic cylinder opens the sliding flap and the sample is poured through the opening into the receiving vessel. Material characteristics do not change during sampling. The volume of the sample is adjusted in situ by the rate of opening and time in the open state. There is also a manual selection option, at any time.

Such selection is necessary for any company that is responsible for the quality of its products. Control of loose and liquid material is carried out at all stages of production, from the acceptance of the quality of raw materials to the output control of finished products. The total volume of the sample taken, depending on the tasks of the consumer, can range from 50 ml to 30 liters. After that, he is investigated in the laboratory, - said the general director of the company Nina Dudina.

2012: Main areas of activity

The main activities of the company as of May 2012:

• automatic chemical control of production processes (water regime of TPP and NPP, water treatment, etc.);
• automatic monitoring of the quantity and composition of liquid and gas emissions;
• commercial accounting and regulation of natural gas.
