Technopark Perm

Technopark of Perm is the platform for businesses and startups which develop in key digital Russian and global economies.

The project is organized by group of private investors, with assistance of public foundations (Infrafond RVC, Venture fund of Perm Krai) and in cooperation with the innovation center "Skolkovo".

The technopark Perm created ecological conditions for start of 'the innovation elevators' and their successful replication in Perm Krai.

In Technopark technical enthusiasts and makers whose business is called a technology entrepreneurship take place and develop. Here 'the chemistry and magic' of integration of tekhnobusiness into world economy reigns. It is Mecca and place of Force for development of beginners and advanced startups and also explosive projects of the taken place residents.

2020: The Russia's first franchize in the field of creation of technoparks will appear in Perm

In January, 2020 Technopark of Perm announced start of own franchize "T-park". The chairman of the board of directors Technopark of Perm Protopopov Evgeny and the director of technopark Balandin Vladimir told about the project at the forum "New Card of the Innovation Infrastructure of Regions" (Moscow). According to project managers, the franchize will allow to increase the innovation potential of regions for the benefit of development of digital national economy.

The Technopark Perm command already conducts negotiations with potential franchisees in 30 regions of Russia.

As reported in the ministry of information development and communication of Perm Krai, Prikamye is included into the rating of regions with most in high gear development of digitalization and annually raises the positions. Technopark – a point of an attraction of professionals of the IT sphere with modern innovation space therefore from the state its residents are given support. In particular, since 2019 the preferential rate by a regional part of income tax for residents works and UK (management companies) of technoparks – now it makes 13.5%. Also the preferential rate on the property tax for owners of the real estate provided for needs of technopark, residents and UK of technopark – 0 and 1.1% works.

Also the practical help in receiving the government subsidies contributing to the development of technoparks will be rendered.

2017-2019

From 2017 to 2019 more than 97 million rubles were invested in an ecosystem of technopark. Annually the number of residents Technopark of Perm grows on average on 10 companies. Consolidated revenues of the resident companies in 2019 were more than 1 billion rubles.

Over 30 projects gained development in Technopark of Perm, including the companies Databriz SKB Kontur, Innfocus. In its territory large Russian holdings, in particular, Novomet group opened the research and developmental divisions. Since December, 2019 he became the partner of regional operator of Skolkovo Foundation in Perm – technopark of Morion Digital.
