2023: Opening of a plant in Moscow
In the SEZ "Technopolice Moscow" built a plant for the production of measuring instruments for 154 million rubles. This was announced on January 11, 2023 by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Economic Policy and Property and Land Relations Vladimir Efimov.
According to him, we are talking about the Termiko company, which received permission to commission the administrative and production building for the development and production of temperature measuring tools at the Alabushevo Zelenograd site of the capital's special economic zone.
The area of the new plant for the production of accurate measuring devices will be more than 2.4 thousand square meters. Thanks to this enterprise, 90 new jobs will appear in Moscow.
According to the press service of the SEZ "Technopolice Moscow," "Termiko" is one of the leading manufacturers of technical means of measuring temperature in Russia. The company continues Soviet scientific traditions, it was founded by leading employees of the NPO "All-Union Scientific Research Institute of Physical, Technical and Radio Engineering Measurements." The company constantly conducts research and design work, creates unique devices and sensors for measuring temperature, including for work as part of devices for commercial heat metering and improving the energy efficiency of the housing and communal services sector.
The company produces more than 30 types of temperature measuring tools. The company also created its own accredited metrological service with the required number of standards, premises and regulatory documents.
Residents of the special economic zone are entitled to significant benefits. Companies are exempted from paying property, transport and land taxes for 10 years. The income tax rate for them is just two per cent. Residents can also rent land at a reduced rate. In addition, the SEZ "Technopolice Moscow" has a free customs zone regime.[1]
