The Volga management on hydrometeorology and monitoring of the environment

Federal state budgetary institution "The Volga Department on Hydrometeorology and Monitoring of the Surrounding Environment" - Federal state budgetary Institution Privolzhskoye UGMS is non-profit organization, it is created for ensuring needs of the state, legal entities and physical persons in hydrometeorological, heliogeophysical information, in information on state of environment, its pollution, including the emergency information, in the territory of the Orenburg, Penza, Samara, Saratov and Ulyanovsk regions (further - the territory of activity). A founder and the owner of property of Federal State Budgetary Institution Privolzhskoye UGMS is the Russian Federation. Powers and functions of the founder of Federal State Budgetary Institution Privolzhskoye UGMS on behalf of the Russian Federation are performed by Federal Hydrometeorology Service for Environmental Monitoring (Roshydromet).
