2022: Rigla acquired 11 pharmacies of the Tver chain "Pharmacy - Management"

On October 13, 2022, Rigla announced the acquisition of 11 pharmacies of the Tver chain Pharmacy - Management. The company did not disclose the value of the transaction. The deal is already closed.

By the end of October 2022, the first Zdravsiti Pharmacy in the region will be opened in the Tver region - this is the 11th point completing the acquisition transaction. The first purchased 10 pharmacies of the chain operate under the brand "Be healthy." The average area of ​ ​ purchased retail outlets is 77 sq. M.

According to Alexander Filippov, General Director of the Rigla pharmacy chain, the Tver region is one of the priority regions for the development of the Rigla pharmacy chain. One of the main arguments in favor of acquiring new points was their successful locations. In addition, the staff of pharmacies LLC "Pharmacy - Management" is staffed by specialists - all of them are admitted to the staff of "Rigly" and undergo retraining according to corporate standards, Filippov noted.
