TRINFICO Investment Group was established in 1993.

The Company is a member of the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange (MICEX), the Russian Trading System (RTS), the St. Petersburg Stock Exchange (SPb) and other trading platforms existing on the securities market.

• The Holding Company represents the interests of its shareholders in all TRINFICO Group companies.

TRINFICO CJSC

• Investment company - a professional participant in the securities market (FSFM licenses for brokerage, dealer and depository activities, securities management). It was founded in 1993, since 1994 - Authorized Dealer of the Bank of Russia in the GKO-OFZ market. The company is an authorized agent of the DIA Group in the category "Asset Management."

TRINFICO Management Company CJSC

• The company is a professional participant in the securities market (FSFM licenses for securities management and investment fund management, mutual funds and NPFs). The company specializes in managing the assets of institutional savers (NPFs, insurance companies, macrofonds) and collective investors (open mutual funds).

TRINFICO Capital CJSC

• The brokerage company is a professional participant in the securities market (FSFM licenses for brokerage and dealer activities).

TRINFICO Propeti Management LLC

• The company has a license to manage investment funds, mutual funds and NPFs and specializes in managing closed real estate mutual funds and other types of closed funds.

TRINFICO Advisors LLC

• The company specializes in corporate finance projects (mergers/acquisitions, business assessment/due diligence).

History

2024: Trinfico bought 56% of NT Progress

The private equity fund managed by the Trinfico Group has invested in NT Progress and will receive a 56% stake in it. This was announced in mid-February 2024 by the press service of the Moscow Exchange (it is the parent company for NT Progress LLC). Read more here.
