Center of Proton Radiation Therapy Far East LLC (TsPLT DV) is the management company created for the purpose of project implementation on creation of "The center of proton radiation therapy in the city of Khabarovsk".

For September 10, 2018 TSPLT DV has the right to be engaged in 9 types of activity:

• Construction of residential and non-residential buildings
• Activities for treatment of special radioactive waste
• Development of construction projects
• Investments in securities
• Capital investments in authorized capitals, venture investment, including by means of investment companies
• Purchase and sale of own real estate
• Purchase and sale of the land plots
• Activity in the field of engineering researches, technical design, project management of construction, accomplishment of construction supervision and designer's service, providing technical advices in these areas
• Development of technical projects and control at construction and upgrade of subjects to use of atomic energy
