1991: Cafe in Samara
In 1991, a small cafe was opened in the Samara House of Culture "Sovremennik," for only 4 tables. The name was invented by the visitors themselves. Then only "U Palych" could try delicious and diverse dishes at home, prepared with soul and conscience.
In 1994, the cafe moved to a larger building in the central part of the city on Buyanova Street. And in 1995 - a real Russian restaurant "U Palych" was opened. The menu contains more than 350 dishes that are prepared only from selected products, with accurate observance of original and own recipes and, of course, with branded quality. Every evening, folklore groups perform Russian songs and gypsy romances for guests. The Russian restaurant "U Palych" provides high-quality away service for events. In the "royal chambers" on Kuibyshev Street, namely, in this style, the interior of the restaurant is maintained, dear guests of Samara come. Patricia Kaas, Mstislav Rostropovich, Uriah Heep, Alla Pugacheva, Iosif Kobzon, Lidia Fedoseeva-Shukshina, Konstantin Raikin, Eldar Ryazanov and many other celebrities visited Palych.
1996: Food Mill
Very often, Samara people ordered hand-sculpted dumplings at the restaurant. So there was a need to organize a production workshop, which in 1996 became the food plant "U Palych." In 2013, the plant produces more than 300 types of products according to branded recipes. These are frozen semi-finished products (dumplings, dumplings, manti, pancakes, pizza), confectionery (cakes, cakes, pies and pies, rolls, gingerbread), salads, pour and even chocolates. The signature taste and quality remain unchanged: only natural products are used, recipes are strictly followed, and most of the production process is still manual labor.
1998: Entering the Moscow market
In 1998, Moscow also met with products under the U Palych brand. First, an official representative office in Moscow and the Moscow region opened in the capital, selling dumplings and dumplings, and then a confectionery workshop was organized. Later, representative offices appeared in Kazan, St. Petersburg.
In 1999, the first branded department "U Palych" was opened in the Samara TTC "Aquarium." In the extensive network of the trademark, you can always find the entire range of "From Palych," as well as become the very first buyer to try branded novelties. Many departments have small cafeterias where you can safely eat in a cozy, like home, environment.
2002: The Inn
In 2002, the tavern "At Palych" appeared. The menu presents long-known or slightly forgotten Russian dishes (from traditional salads to pancakes and pies) at democratic prices. The tavern "U Palych" uniquely combines traditional leisurely preparation of real Russian dishes and quick service technology, which is so convenient for a modern "busy" visitor. For those who do not have free time to go shopping or the opportunity to come to a business lunch, you just need to call the delivery service "From Palych," as branded products, as well as tavern dishes, will instantly be at your home or in the office.
2003: Chocolate boutique
In 2003, a chocolate boutique and tea salon "Melodies of Paris" appeared. In the tea room, the interior of which is stylized as a cafe on a Parisian street, you can drink a cup of coffee or signature tea, taste a light French cake and enjoy real chocolate "From Palych." You only have to cross an imaginary French street, as a buyer ends up in a chocolate boutique. Here you can buy more than 100 types of chocolates "From Palych," made using European technologies manually, or choose an original sweet gift (from a small chocolate compliment for a romantic date to an exclusive set-picture for the solemn anniversary).
2003: Ice Cream
At the end of 2003, the ice cream company Ice Cream LLC was opened. Being an exclusive distributor of German mini-factories, the U Palych trademark provided Samara residents with a unique opportunity: ice cream is made based on the taste preferences of customers, right before their eyes. In a crisp waffle horn, there is a real ice cream and various natural fillings chosen by the buyer himself (banana, cherry, currant, cranberry, kumquat, raspberry, sea buckthorn, walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, cashew, caramel, praline or chocolate).
Since 2006, the ice cream production workshop "From Palych" began work according to its own recipes: from everyone's favorite "Plombir" and "Creamy" to the savoury "Apple sorbet with beer and lime" or the appetizing "Cherries with chocolate crumbs."
In November 2007, the Saffron restaurant of East cuisine was opened. The menu includes amazing, as well as widely known Uzbek, Caucasian, Turkish dishes. Hookah lovers have a variety of flavors to choose from. In addition, a separate European menu has been created, dishes from which are pre-ordered, a few days before the visit. On weekdays, guests will be pleased with delicious business lunches. And the away service provided by the Saffron restaurant will help make any holiday original and tasty.
