2023: The Government of Ukraine handed over to Ukrnafta 3 companies belonging to Tatneft

The Government of Ukraine transferred to Ukrnafta 3 companies belonging to TATNEFT: Poltava-Capital LLC, Kharkov-Capital LLC and Tatneft-AZS-Ukraine. This was reported on August 15, 2023 by the TASS agency with reference to the deputy of the Ukrainian parliament Alexei Goncharenko (included in the list of terrorists and extremists of Rosfinmonitoring). Ukrainian authorities nationalize Ukrtatnafta

In November 2022, it became known that the Ukrainian authorities would nationalize Ukrnafta, Ukrtatnafta and Motor Sich, the media.

Strategically important enterprises that are associated with Konstantin Zhevago, Igor Kolomoisky, Vyacheslav Boguslaev and Konstantin Grigorishin will become the property of the state.

On November 6, the NKTSBFR decided to ensure the forced alienation of shares of Ukrnafta PJSC, Ukrtatnafta PJSC, Motor Sich JSC, AvtoKrAZ PJSC and PJSC Zaporozhtransformer"." Thus, the regulator allowed the write-off of shares of these enterprises from the accounts of individuals, to the ownership of the state.

Ukraine refuses to pay $173 million to Tatneft and asks for US help with ridiculous wording

In February 2022, Ukraine asked the US court to block the petitions of the Russian Tatneft to subpoena representatives of 52 different international banks in the case of recovering $173 million in favor of the oil company, arguing that the requirements are "a pretext for obtaining confidential information in conditions when troops have accumulated near the border of the two countries."

2014: Court in Paris orders Ukraine to pay TATNEFT $144 million for confiscation of stake in Ukrtatnafta

In 2014, the International Commercial Arbitration Court in Paris ordered Ukraine to pay Tatneft $144 million ($112 million plus interest) compensation for confiscating a stake in Ukrtatnafta, which was created on the basis of the Kremenchug refinery.
