Solutions on automation of activity economic and IT departments of customs authorities of the Russian Federation

In November, 2016 the company showed the Univef Epsilon, Univef and Univef Smart software products SLA which allow to provide tangible asset management and property of customs structures, monitoring of service quality of communication and also accounting of consumption of energy resources and management of energy efficiency of objects of customs authorities. These solutions along with other domestic systems are a part complex import-independent IT infrastructures which the company INLINE Technologies offers for FCS of Russia.

The Univef SLA, Univef Epsilon and Univef Smart systems are self-sufficient tools as for solving of tasks of collecting and processing of primary data, and for the subsequent analysis of these data with the purpose of acceptance of management decisions. At the same time they provide easy and full integration into other information and analytical solutions of domestic and foreign manufacturers.

Univef suggests to legalize the reporting under quality for suppliers of utility resources

The existing regulation mechanisms in the field of housing and public utilities do not provide an obligatory legal design of a quality control system of deliverable resources at resource provisioning signing of the contracts. Besides, need of control of all essential parameters of the energy resources capable to influence the amount of payment is held back. According to Univef, the similar situation in practice often leads as to an unreasonable overexpenditure of utility resources for the benefit of suppliers, and to numerous violations which fixing, however, is difficult to the end consumer. As a result the monthly unjustified overpayment of consumers for utilities, on expert evaluations, can reach 30 – 40% regarding heat supply. For correction of this situation the Univef company cooperates with the enterprises and the organizations of the housing-and-municipal sphere, developing and implementing means and services of the automated monitoring of parameters of utility resources. Thereby the infrastructure foundation for ensuring control of quantity and quality characteristics of resource provisioning, transparent for all parties, is laid. According to Univef, giving of this information of the legally significant status would allow to provide more zealous use of resources of heat supply and electric power that is especially important for regions with severe climatic conditions where the cost of resources is high.
