The Upmarket service helps to place goods on Ozon marketplaces, Beru and Wildberries. The company helps suppliers to begin sales on marketplaces and undertakes all mediation — from creation of content and marketing strategy to logistic solutions. Service develops descriptions of goods and sends to marketplaces for moderation. Also the company is engaged in logistics — it has the warehouse in St. Petersburg. Similar services in Russia are also provided, for example, by Hubber, Adapter and Seller24.

History

2020: Attraction of 170 million rubles of investments

At the beginning of November, 2020 Upmarket announced attraction of 170 million rubles of investments from OKS Group holding. Funds will be allocated to the middle of 2021, OKS Group will receive a 31 percent share in a startup which according to the results of a round of financing was estimated at 548 million rubles.

The means received as a result of the transaction will be enclosed in development of infrastructure projects (warehouse and transport logistics), creation of the eCom-agency, a business didzhitalization.

The co-founder and the CEO of Upmarket Oleg Nevorotov says that the company together with OKS Group is going to develop the infrastructure and trade directions which will help "create the best service for clients in a format of a single window".[1]
