Opening of the first medical center for 350 million rubles

Tashir Medica investment holding, Tashir Group of Companies, opened its first medical center. A business class clinic called VH on Aminyevskoye Shosse in Moscow began operating on April 6, 2023. The total investment in the project amounted to 350 million rubles.

According to the press service of the holding, the clinic will provide its patients with a wide range of medical care - specialist consultations, diagnostics, rehabilitation programs and specialized palliative care. The clinic will be attended by doctors of more than 30 specialties, including general practitioners and narrow-profile specialists: pediatricians, gynecologists, urologists, otorhinolaryngologists, ophthalmologists, endocrinologists, rehabilitologists and others. The work of computed tomography, doctors on duty and field service is organized in a round-the-clock format.

Creating a VH Network

In March 2023, Tashir Medica Group of Companies announced the creation of its first clinic in Moscow. A project called VH is being implemented by a subsidiary of TM-Diagnostics LLC.

As told in the Tashir Medica Group of Companies, the new medical center will open on Aminyevskoye Shosse in the second quarter of 2023. At the same time, information about the clinic is already posted on the services of Zoon and Yandex. It reports that the clinic is positioned as a multidisciplinary with an emphasis on gynecology, urology and andrology. It will focus on the "business +" segment, family medicine will become a key area, the group said.

The first VH medical center will open on Aminyevskoye highway

According to the materials of Roszdravnadzor, TM-Diagnostics LLC received a license for outpatient medical care in the areas of obstetrics, anesthesiology and resuscitation, vaccination, physical therapy and massage, pediatrics, oncology, including pediatric, ophthalmology and other areas. In leasing, TM-Diagnostics has a computer tomograph from Siemens.

The license was issued on January 12, 2023, and in February 2023, TM-Diagnostics applied for the registration of the VH medical center trademark.

TM-Diagnostics LLC itself was registered in April 2021. According to SPARK-Interfax, in March 2023, instead of the managing partner of Tashir Doctors Arsen Galstyan, Maria Manko, the former head of the Moscow medical center "Heirs," was appointed general director of TM-Diagnostics. TM-Diagnostics is 100% owned by Tashir Medica investment holding.

By March 2023, Tashir Medica Group of Companies unites more than 15 companies in various healthcare segments with a total turnover of more than 15 billion rubles. The group is actively investing in medical technology projects.^[2]
