Technique of selection and testing of IT solutions in the Company

• In the annual plan of works of IT a project part is always selected (8-12 projects a year).
• Within a part of projects (2-4 in a year) we hold testing of the most relevant and the technologies required the Company. A project deliverable is assessment of applicability of technology or the solution in the Companies, the preliminary scenario of implementation and assessment of required resources.
• Based on testing the implementation project startup is possible.

Chief information officer Mosyagin Konstantin Valeryevich: We actively use in work the portal on SharePoint 2013. Libraries of documents, polls, business processes on Nintex. Unfortunately, as the integrated tool, it did not find application and Microsoft of such scenarios did not offer. It is possible to draw an analogy between social networks and messengers. The model of logical assembly of contents around thematic group a chat channel is more convenient and clear for joint work, than model of individual pages. We hope that Microsoft will not bring and will make a worthy product. Now we estimate instruments of joint work Slack and Microsoft Teams.
