Vitasoft Ltd is dynamically developing firm working at the IT market since August, 2005. Now in the company more than 60 people work.

The company is a partner of software developer for QlikView business intelligence, implements solutions based on 1C, writes the Internet engine for Sirena-travel. From own products the company has Instras-Report for preparation of the obligatory and management reporting, Web Ins for a design by employees, partners and also end customers of policies of the CMTPL, the COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE, etc., an electronic document management system on Lotus "Delodok".

Vitasoft from the very beginning of the existence is engaged in design and development of the information systems (IS) for insurance companies. Among projects of the last years it should be noted projects in such companies as "AVIKOS-AFES", "GEFEST", RUSSIA, "KIT FINANCE INSURANCE", "MOSCOW TIME", MOSCOW-PE and ALPHAINSURANCE.

The second target market for the company is the aviation market. Here the main current project is development of the Internet engine for armoring and acquisition of air tickets for Sirena-Travel company, and the website [www.myairlines.ru] can be a bright example of a company performance.

The company offers the following own products in insurance market:

• Instras-Report is the universal reporting and analytical system of Insurance company (providing preparation of the obligatory and management reporting).
• Web Ins — an on-line front office system, providing a possibility of a design by employees, partners and also end customers of the company of policies the CMTPL, Green card, KASKO, VZR, NS, etc. (works in option of the thin client via the Internet and it can be used in the B2B and B2C modes).
• The 1C is insurance accounting (based on 1C-managementof manufacturing plants 8.1).
• Delodok — the workflow system and planning (based on Lotus, together with Business Service Ltd company (Beads)).

Among the systems which were earlier offered by the company in insurance market, and being in a stage of technical support it should be noted:

• Instras-2005 is the automation system of activity of Insurance Company.
• Instras-BSO is an accounting system and traffic control of forms of the strict accounting.
• Instras-Agent is the offline front office system intended for the accelerated input (perhaps, on remote sales points) employees and partners of the company of a large number of insurance contracts.

Besides, "Vitasoft" conducts program developments in the following directions:

The Vitasoft integrator working with the insurance and aviation industries attracted $600 thousand from private investment fund Aurora Venture Capital. Means as the CEO of "Vitasoft" Manevich Oleg told CNews, were necessary for implementation of several initiatives.

• the company intends to develop delivery service of insurance services which will allow insurers to select from proposals of different insurers.
• works for a domestic booking system of air tickets of Sirena-travel will be financed. This company is already a client of "Vitasoft".
• due to partnership with fund the integrator expects to expand a set of the industries in which works. In particular, the company intends to enter the market of the financial sector.

Also funds from this round of investments will be allocated for new development in the field of distribution of legal audiovisual products, Manevich says, without disclosing details.

The fund and the company do not report the exact share received by the new shareholder. The managing partner of Aurora Venture Capital Vsevolod Topolyansky says only that assessment of similar businesses lies within $5-12 million. Thus, the share received by fund for $600 thousand can be estimated at 5-12% of stocks of the company.
