2018: Ad O’clock is a part of Vizeum
In February, 2018 it was announced that Dentsu Aegis Network consolidates the agencies Vizeum and Ad O’clock within the network strategy of three power brands. Alexander Zvyagintsev is appointed the CEO of the joint structure, the company reported.
Alexander Zvyagintsev works in Dentsu Aegis Network since 2011, in January, 2018 held a position of the CEO of the Vizeum agency. He is responsible for further business development of the Vizeum agency, consolidation with the Ad O'clock command and strategy implementation within a uniform network operational model. The client Ad O'Clock groups are integrated into the Vizeum agency with which current contracts are also renewed.

2012: Creation of division of Vizeum Digital
The Vizeum agency is included into the communication Aegis Media group. Vizeum specializes in planning and holding the integrated communication campaigns. In 2012 within the agency the division of Vizeum Digital enabling strategic and tactical planning and the realization integrated (online + offline) communication campaigns for clients was created.
Among clients there are agencies: General Motors, Ferrero, JTI, Central Partnership, Perfetti Van Melle, SAKS of the Toy and others.
