2025: Construction of a plant in Vladimir for ₽4,5 billion
Ministry of Industry Russia approved the project to create Vladimir wheel tractors worth ₽4,5 billion under the Vladimirsky Tractor brand. This was announced Vladimir region by Governor Alexander Avdeev on February 4, 2025.
According to Interfax, production will be located at the site of the former Tochmash plant, where the Stoletov technopark operates. The project will be implemented by the Krasnoyarsk company.
The agreement on the creation of production was signed in November 2024 as part of the All-Russian ECG forum "Investments in Sustainable Development" in Suzdal. The company plans to produce 3.5 thousand units of equipment per year with a phased increase to 10 thousand units.
Governor Alexander Avdeev said that the application was considered for several months, and at the end of 2024, the commission of the Ministry of Industry supported this decision. The project is designed for implementation until 2033.
In February 2025, the organization of large assembly will begin with the subsequent localization of the production of units, units and chassis. All components will be produced under the Vladimir Tractor brand.
Vladimirsky Tractor LLC was created in September 2024. The owners of the company are Sergey Matyash with a share of 90% and Konstantin Etchin, who owns 10% of the enterprise. Sergey Matyash also owns 90% of the Krasnoyarsk Trading House Technograd LLC.
In parallel with the Vladimir project, the Technograd Trading House company is investing ₽4,7 billion in the creation of wheel tractor production in the Primorsky Territory. It is also planned to store spare parts for manufactured equipment at this site.
The application of the enterprise passed all the necessary approvals in the Ministry of Industry of Russia and the government of the country.[1]
