The main directions of development of the company at that moment became - own call centers and solutions on their basis. For years of work serious practical experience in equipment of call centers, creation of work, accomplishment of large orders of corporate clients on data collection and processing was accumulated.

Since 2011 the company management made the decision on change of priorities of development of the company. As the main activity development of solutions based on the newest technologies of synthesis and speech recognition was selected. Partnership with the leading developers of the voice systems - Nuance Communications, Inc (USA) and the Center of Speech Technologies was established (Russia).

In the company there is a department of development which is professionally engaged in development of solutions in the field of synthesis and speech recognition based on solutions of our partners. Experience with the VoiceXML standard, telecommunication equipment of Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, allows to create the voice solutions which are most conforming to requirements of the customer. After studying of software products of partners, an alternativnkha of voice engines, the development team got sufficient experience with the systems of synthesis and speech recognition, voice biometrics. Now our customers are the large state and commercial enterprises and the organizations which are keeping up to date and implementing the innovative technologies for customer service.

Since 2012 the Voice Communication company (Voys Kommyyunikeyshen) is a candidate for residents Skolkovo (the request passes the examination).

When developing own solutions we use the checked software products and voice engines of our partners.
