Government of Russia decided Ministry of Industry and Trade to agree on a transaction on the sale of 100% shares in the authorized capital of Volzhsky Textile Materials Plant LLC (g), Volzhsky owned by the company (g "Central Order of the Red Banner of Labor Research Automobile and Motor Institute" NAMI "), Moscow LLC "" (Moscow) at a Transresource price not lower than the market value of these shares.
