2020: 9 million rubles of investments from the Government of Moscow

On November 8, 2020 it became known that the capital mayor's office invested 9 million rubles in the Dablyuaybi company developing Who is blogger (WIB) service which analyzes social networks and accounts of bloggers in Instagram. Who is blogger, in fact, is division of the known company Double Data which collects data from social networks (file) on all registered users. Tools for shadowing monitoring on the Internet take the noticeable place in a portfolio of Moscow Seed Fund.

As it appears from data of service " circuit.focus ", Dablyuaybi LLC were received by financing from Fund of assistance to development of venture investments into small enterprises in the scientific and technical sphere of the city of Moscow (Moscow Seed Fund) till 2024 on the security of a share of the founder.

Officially Who is blogger helps customers to optimize an audience scope, to select bloggers for advertizing and also makes the rating of bloggers. Among clients on the website of the company the large organizations of a retail segment (FCMG) appear. The founder and the CEO of "Dablyuaybi" – Lev Grunin, money are received from the Government of Moscow on the security of his share. Such investment loan is often used as a method of participation in the project, normally it is the veiled purchase of a share.
