Telecom operator. Vilend LLC is the telecom operator providing communication services to corporate clients in the telecommunication market of the city of Moscow since 2003.

Services

Vilend has own telecommunication communication network built on the equipment Cisco Systems Juniper Networks Audiocodes RAD Data Communications BroadSoft , etc.

Vilend implements projects of installation of telephones to a real estate, connecting them to own fiber-optical network.

Vilend performs a full range of actions for provision of services of communication in each building:

• project development and drawing up project documentation;
• creation SCN (the structured cable network) on an object;
• creation of cable entries and telephone sewerage;
• connection of an object optical fiber cables to own city network;
• reservation by alternative routes;
• delivery, installation and setup of telecommunication equipment;
• providing number capacity;
• arrangement of the communication hub, including all necessary life support systems;
• delivery of a node to supervisory authorities and obtaining permissions to operate;
• fixing of the selected communications engineer with placement it directly on an object.

History

2009-2011

• In August, 2011 Vilend starts the telephone switch allowing to implement the latest achievements in telephone services in work.
• At the end of 2009 the data network passes all tests and gets the permission to operate from Roskomnadzor.

2008-2009

In 2008-2009 the company builds own optical network which connected all business centers in which communication services are rendered with key operator platforms (for example, MMTS-9), and completely centralizes network management and distribution of services. Joints with operators are taken different places on two distanced platforms where the main nodes of Vilend network are created. The network is built on IP/MPLS technology, the core is implemented on the routing Cisco switches Catalyst 65xx.

2004

Since 2004 Vilend begins to provide telephone connection for business centers of the city of Moscow, providing in them traditional communication services: access to the Internet, telephone services, communication channels.

2003

The Vilend company is founded in 2003. The first steps were taken in the new then market of services of wireless communication and Internet access on Wi-fi technology from which received the English-language name WiLand. Destination objects selected fast-food establishments, exhibition complexes, hotels and the airports. The company unrolled several public hotspot, but owing to low distribution at that time of subscriber devices and the changed forecasts of profitability of services of Wi-fi the starting direction was abolished as economically unprofitable.
