Start-up of production of foil glass textstolite
The company "Wintekh" launched in the Moscow region the production of foil glass textstolite for the manufacture of printed circuit boards. The volume of investments in the project amounted to ₽100 million. This was reported by the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region on December 1, 2025.
The capacity of the enterprise is 20 tons of products per month or 4,800 sheets of high-quality foil materials. Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region Ekaterina Zinovieva noted that the company, if necessary, can double production volumes.
The new production of the company was launched in the spring of 2025 - the company started the process of manufacturing electrical glass textstolites, which are used in mechanical engineering and other areas of industrial production. In November 2025, the company began producing high-quality foil materials - products that are used in the electronic industry in the manufacture of printed circuit boards.
The production of foil fiberglass became possible after the commissioning of the clean room complex. This is necessary to meet the requirements for the production of high-quality foil materials that meet strict industry standards and government standards in the electronic industry.
Winteh products are already being tested in real conditions. On its basis, experimental batches of electronic units were released, which confirms the compliance of materials with the requirements of industry. Testing products in practical conditions makes it possible to verify the quality of materials and their suitability for serial production of electronic products.[1]
Launch in the Moscow region of the production of materials for the manufacture of printed circuit boards for ₽100 million
In May 2025, Winteh, a resident of the Synkovo industrial park, opened a new production of materials for the manufacture of printed circuit boards in Podolsk. ₽100 million were invested in the launch of an enterprise with an area of 1.6 thousand square meters located on the territory of the digital industrial co-working space Koledino in the light industrial format.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region, at the first stage, production capacities will allow producing 20 tons of finished products monthly. After reaching full capacity, production is planned to increase to 40 tons per month. The company's products will be used in the manufacture of printed circuit boards both for consumer goods and in the aircraft industry, the railway industry, telecommunications and other strategically important industries.
Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Investments, Industry and Science of the Moscow Region Ekaterina Zinovieva stressed that the project will not only strengthen the position of the Russian market for the electronic industry and the electrical industry, but also significantly reduce dependence on imported supplies in this segment.
The launch of a new enterprise will allow the company to increase the number of production workers by 30% in 2025, which will contribute to the creation of high-tech jobs in the region.
As of May 2025, the Winteh company produces foil materials and prepregs in the Moscow region, and is also actively engaged in new developments based on a modern laboratory. One of the company's achievements was the development of basic materials under its own brand name "Elimtech."
Alexey Repin, General Director of Wintekh, noted that not all Russian enterprises can manufacture printed circuit boards of the highest fifth class of accuracy, and most importantly, only a few use domestic materials for this. To solve this problem, the company carried out large-scale work to create its own basic materials for the production of printed circuit boards.[2]
