2020: Purchase by Gaskar Group company

Gaskar Group Group announced on July 6, 2020 acquisition of software developer for the Wokka Lokka smartwatch. Gaskar Group intends to invest in development of a product further to integrate software into the wearable devices which for July, 2020 are used in construction to assessment of labor costs and the help in an injury rate case.

Wokka Lokka is a family online service for security and development of children. GPS hours and mobile application for the smartphone keep track of activity of the child and motivate in playful way to develop skills and useful habits. Service is popular with users from 53 countries of the world.

Gaskar Group Group is Exon developer - a cloud management system for construction projects, including the services of data collection from wearable devices, sensors, hardware and software systems serving for formation of the forecast and issue of recommendations. As a result of consortium of development for Wokka Lokka will be used also for the smartwatch of workers on construction objects.

After consolidation each participant will advance and develop the industry solutions within a large complex product - digital building based on Exon.
