The share of Russian wines in the bar menu of franchisees reached 30-40%

After the outbreak of the conflict in Ukraine and the exodus of some foreign suppliers from the Russian market, Yakitoria quickly formed a pool of alternative suppliers of products, including from friendly countries, in order to avoid shortages and further growth in procurement costs. In particular, by the end of 2022, the share of domestic wines in the bar menu of franchisees of the chain increased to 30-40%.

The increase in the cost of dishes in Yakitoria in 2022 was 7% - this is significantly lower than the industry average, which, according to some estimates, could reach 15%.

Opening of a restaurant in Krasnogorsk district

On February 7, 2022, the Yakitoria restaurant was opened in the Moscow region - in the Krasnogorsk region, and another opening is planned by the end of the month - in the Ramensky district. In 2021, despite the crisis in the industry associated with the pandemic, 7 restaurants were opened under the Yakitoria brand in Central Russia, the Urals and Kazakhstan. The expansion of the franchisee network in the Moscow region will increase the traffic of guests to restaurants, as well as significantly reduce the time for home delivery of dishes - up to 40- 60 minutes, depending on the location.

The area of ​ ​ the restaurant hall in Glukhovo (Krasnogorsk district) is 255 sq.m. - this is 95 boarding places. Guests will have access to a VIP zone, a children's room and parking for 20. cars According to the owners' forecasts, the monthly traffic of guests in the restaurant will be 3,200 people, and the volume of delivery orders can reach 5,000. There is already one Yakitoria restaurant in the area - in itself - Krasnogorsk however, the opening of the next restaurant will reduce the speed of home delivery for local residents from an hour and a half to 40-60 minutes.

The second "Yakitoria" in the Ramensky district will be opened in the city of Zhukovsky. The area of ​ ​ the restaurant hall will be 73 square meters, at the same time the institution will be able to receive up to 40 guests. The restaurant's monthly traffic is projected to reach 1,800. And the volume of delivery orders will be at least 2500. Expanding the coverage area of ​ ​ the network franchisee in the area will reduce the waiting time for an order from one and a half hours to one hour.

2020: Concessional lending to VTB to pay salaries

On April 29, 2020, it became known that 40 Yakatoria restaurants applied for a preferential credit payment of wages to employees, bank VTB who was one of the first to join the business support program. 22 restaurants at the end of April 2020 received approval from the Bank.

According to the terms of the program, the borrowing company receives a loan for the required amount for up to one year. During the first half of the year, the loan rate will be 0%, for the remaining period - 3.5%. For each restaurant, the loan amount is calculated individually depending on the number of employees of a particular restaurant, the minimum wage, and the loan period.

The restaurant business, indeed, works in conditions of severe restrictions. It is possible to service orders exclusively "for delivery," in this regard, we use a smaller number of personnel than usual. But despite this, Yakitoria restaurants intend to support all their employees during this difficult period, if possible, to fully maintain the number of staff. The zero-rate loan subsidy program announced by the Government of the Russian Federation is indeed an excellent support for entrepreneurs in the economic situation of spring 2020.
