Our Agency of Service (OAS)

"Our Agency of Service" renders a range of services on complex support of the IT equipment in all territory of Russia, to engineering and IT infrastructures, is a distributor of the equipment, component parts and supplies, software developer. The company manages more than 350 Competence Centers in all territory of Russia in which more than 7000 technical specialists work.

History of the company

• At the beginning of 2017 the YuNIT-Orgtekhnika company carried out rebranding and replaced the name. The company will continue work under the name of "Our Agency of Service", in abbreviated form – NAS.

"The word 'office equipment' does not correspond any more to all range of services which we render, – Repin Nikita, the director of the company explained the rebranding reason in an interview of CNews. Office equipment is computer peripherals. And we are the federal commercial agency of service today. Therefore we also decided to take the name 'Our Agency of Service'.

• In 2016 the decision on change of a name of the company was made. Premises appeared long ago, in far 2007 when in addition to the printing equipment the company began to service the automated jobs, sales points, self-service devices, fiscal registrars and so on.
• 2011 - standardization of all business processes of the company. "If technologies are not developed and not implemented, then the subsequent development of the company becomes impossible – all work moderately the understanding, business processes are duplicated, there are pads, delays, failures."
• Since 2002 the head office of the company is based in Moscow. Among clients of the company there are largest "players" of the Russian market from Top list 500: banks, leaders of the oil and gas extraction industry, retail chain stores. The large commercial bank from Top-50 with whom signed the agreement on the organization of service maintenance of all its divisions in all territory of Russia according to the uniform quality standards became one of the first clients. They were followed also by other large banks and also retail chain stores of federal level.
• 1999 - rompaniya "YuNIT-Orgtekhnika" began to work in Bashkiria, Udmurtia, the Sverdlovsk and Kirov regions. Then understanding that time to win all Russia came came and to become the player of federal level.
• In 1998 there was a default which the company endured thanks to the fact that never took kopeks on credit^[1].
• In 1997 the computer direction appeared.
• "YuNIT-Orgtekhnika" it was created in 1994 in Perm. At the first stage it was engaged in sale and service maintenance of office equipment, then the range of the services provided to it was significantly expanded.
