According to Shepel, at the first stage, S.Holding will launch one workshop on the territory of the ZhBK-1 in Berdyansk. Cassette installations will be supplied there, which will allow the production of up to 50 thousand square meters of housing per year. The construction of panel houses is planned to be organized in 2025.

According to estimates, ZDSK will use approximately 50% of its capacities within the framework of budget orders, and the rest of the production load will be provided by the implementation of a number of projects for the integrated development of territories (KPT) initiated by the structure of S. Holding - LLC Ekodolye-Zaporozhye (specialized developer). At the same time, the Moscow developer intends to allocate about 350 million rubles for the modernization of ZDSK and the purchase of land in new regions to ensure the loading of the enterprise. The funds were received from the sale of an unfinished object on Boulevard Dmitri Donskoy in Moscow.
