Zasport (Olympus Online)

Since 2012, the Zasport brand (Olympus Online LLC), created by designer Anastasia Zadorina, has been developing equipment for Russian sports teams and corporations. Among the partners and regular customers: the Russian beach volleyball team, the Dynamo volleyball club, the All-Russian volleyball federation, the amateur basketball federation, Moskomsport, the New Sports League, the Stuttgart football club, the Champion sports support and development fund.

History

2023: Workwear Mill (KRO) acquired 50% of the company

At the end of September 2023, it became known that the group of companies "Factory of Working Clothes" (KRO) received control over the chain of sportswear stores Zasport. We are talking about the acquisition of 50% of the authorized capital of Zasport LLC, which owns the Zasport brand.

As a result of the changes, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Flagship LLC (Moscow) reduced its stake in Zasport from 64.68% to 14.68%, and the Working Clothing Combine JSC, which is part of the group, received 50%. The remaining 35.32%, as before, belongs to the creator of the Zasport brand Anastasia Zadorina.

As Interfax notes, Zasport LLC was registered in Moscow in February 2019: the company is engaged in wholesale and retail trade. The founders on a parity basis were Flagship LLC and Dmitry Dluzhansky. In 2022, Zadorina entered the number of participants with a share of 35.32%, and Dluzhansky left the project.

In turn, the KRO group unites Bashkir Joint Stock Companies, Uchalinskaya Garment Factory and PC Uralstroyinvest-Moisture Protection Clothing, Arkada Industrial Association, as well as STK Production Company LLC (Smolensk Region), Avangard (Vladimir Region), Production Innovative Company Astana Utaria Ltd (Kazakhstan).

KRO develops and manufactures working clothes for various industries according to the customer's technical conditions, uniforms, moisture-protective and signal clothes, as well as personal protective equipment for hands. In addition, there are various fabrics in the assortment, including technical and special purposes. The products of the enterprises of the KRO group have been present on the Russian market since 1990. The annual production of finished products, according to the company itself, is about 2.5 million units of special and uniforms, as well as more than 1 million units of waterproof clothing and 10 million pairs of working gloves and mittens.^[1]

2017: General Partner of the Russian Olympic Committee

Since 2017, Zasport has become a general partner and licensee of the Russian Olympic Committee, an all-Russian union of public associations. The brand was chosen as the supplier of award and sports equipment for the Russian Olympic team until 2025.
