ISO 9001

ISO 9001 sets compliance of the quality management system (QMS) of the company to the international and Russian standards. The high level of functioning of SMK CTI testifies to structuredness, coordination of business processes, competent and economically reasonable organization of work of all divisions of the company, transparency and effective interrelation of processes, high qualification and degree of responsibility of personnel. These advantages allow integrator to save dolgosrochno reputation of the stable business partner and to surely master the new economic horizons.

ISO 9001:2008

The quality standard of ISO 9001:2008 is accepted in more than 90 states and is applied irrespective of a field of activity of the enterprise, production volume of products and number of staff. Its feature is that not product quality, but a production process and company management is certified. The certificate of ISO 9001:2008 is a guarantee of stability of the organization and allows to be sure in the long term development of own business.

ISO 9001-2011

GOST ISO 9001-2011 is adopted by Interstate council for standardization, metrology and certification (protocol No. 48 of 12/22/2011). It is the analog of the corresponding international standard ISO (International Organization for Standardization) operating in the Russian Federation. Existence of the certificate of conformity to requirements of GOST ISO 9001-2011 confirms officially to consumers and partners that all processes in the company correspond to the international level, and the provided BSS solutions and the rendered services are high-quality, effective and reliable.

In the majority of the countries confirmation of service quality rendered by the company certification of a quality management system on compliance to ISO 9001:2008 is considered.

Presence at the company of the certificate demonstrates that the company is well organized, in it duties, procedures are accurately distributed, the technology of work is observed, there are operational instructions, documentary and known to all personnel, there are fulfilled control procedures of the performed works and, of course, the professional and well trained personnel capable to qualitatively perform the work.

ISO 9001:2015

ISO 9001:2015  transfers this standard to new level. The main objective of changes consists in need to focus on process management and risks. It is supposed that the changes made to the new version  of the ISO 9001:2015 standard  will allow to create a stable set of requirements for the next ten and more years. This set of requirements will be able to remain invariable in the conditions which are constantly changing external economic and business.

The version of ISO 9001:2015 contains a number of significant changes in comparison with the version of ISO 9001:2008 which push the organizations to need as much as possible to focus on process management. The most important accents of the new version: gradual withdrawal from the classical warning and corrective actions and their replacement by precisely designed and dynamic management model with risks of clients. And, of course, practical application of the concept "context of the organization" affecting its success in the changed economic and political conditions.

Compliance to a stanadrt of ISO 9001:2015 of a quality management system of the company means that the organization with understanding of its context defined required inputs and the expected exits of the processes, their sequence and interaction, set effectiveness indicators for each process, provided resource availability, necessary for these processes, distributed duties, responsibility and powers. At the same time use risk of the focused thinking allowed to estimate all system and to make the changes necessary for providing that planned by the company the goals were achieved with the maximum probability.
