Bornica developed a BI system for the autoenterprises

A new system is intended for heads of motor transport services, top managers and economists. BI – a system allows from primary documents – waybills, filling sheets, repair sheets, orders to receive the broad picture of business activities of the autoenterprise. So, using multidimensional data analysis of OLAP the manager can create reports on fuel and lubricants in different cuts - on cars, on drivers, on fuel grades, on months and years. It allows to reveal timely sources of an excessive consumption of fuel which can be both unfair drivers, and faulty vehicles.

The system of performance indicators allows to estimate work of the autoenterprise. Using technical and operational indicators which are coefficient of technical readiness, coefficient of an output of machines to the line, loading capacity utilization coefficient, goods turnover the analyst can compare the current business results to indicators for the last periods, estimate their dynamics. A BI system also allows to receive cost value indicators under the different articles – fuel, salary, spare parts and repairs, depreciation and others.
