Motor depot

The management system for Motor depot vehicle fleet allows to solve a wide range of the tasks connected with operation of vehicles:

• accounting of waybills passenger, trucks (4-P, 4-S), buses of the general and uncommon use, special equipment;
• accounting of fuel and lubricants (on run, on engine hours, including cars with two engines);
• accounting of the repairs (executed in car services and own forces);
• accounting of spare parts (arrival on a warehouse, an expense from a warehouse on repairs);
• accounting of accumulators;
• accounting of autobuses;
• planning of TO-1 and TO-2;
• accounting of accumulators;
• time recording of drivers and mechanics
• the calculator of consumption rates of fuel (allows to do calculation of consumption rates of fuel according to the Methodical recommendations of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation No. AM-23-r of 3/14/2008 depending on operating conditions);
• numerous reports (sheets of fuel and lubricants, acts on write-off of fuel and lubricants, rubbers, accumulators, spare parts, reports on repairs, summary reports of different analytical character, etc.)

The Motor depot program allows to receive a real picture of work of the autoenterprise: accounting of income, expense accounting, profitability, efficiency evaluation.
