Citibank started the banking application for iPad

Citibank published the statement for the new free banking application for users of iPad. It provides to clients of bank graphical representation of their finance.

The application is created as more "interesting and dynamic", beyond viewing static tables of other banking applications imitating banking applications for desktop PCs, Tracy Weber, the head of Internet and mobile banking of Citibank in North America reported.

Users can check balance of a deposit, control cash flows, pay bills, transfer money and find the closest ATMs of Citibank and its branches. One of software tools allows to create the payment schedule of the shown accounts using the interactive chart of the completed and forthcoming payments.

By means of other tools clients of bank will be able to analyze the purchasing habits and to compare the current finance to the general statistics of consumption. For example, the owner of the house can compare expense amounts on a household to mean value on other households in the area and also on an age group.

The program can also provide informing clients directly through Twitter.

The application under Citibank the name for iPad is available from App Store through iPad or iTunes.com/AppStore.

The representative of the press service of Citibank reported that in Russia start of this service for clients of bank is not planned yet.
