Abdrakhmanov Rustam Nailevich

Biography

Rustam Abdrakhmanov graduated from the Ufa State Aviation Technical University with a degree in Information Protection Specialist.

He held the position of Director of Information Technologies in the West Siberian Division of Sibur Group of Companies, where he organized the operation and support of IT services in the Tyumen Region and the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, and in crisis conditions organized the work of the information technology unit at the newly built Zapsibneftekhim plant.

After that, he worked as the Chief information officer of Rimera Group, an oilfield service division of the Chelyabinsk Pipe Rolling Plant group of ChelPipe, which unites enterprises for the production of oil production equipment and the provision of services for fuel and energy complex enterprises.

Since August 28, 2019, Rustam Abdrakhmanov has been managing the IT function at ChTPZ Group of Companies. In this position, he replaced Roman Zaretsky, who left the company in the spring of 2019.

2022: Sibur Connect CEO

On March 23, 2022, the SIBUR oil and gas chemical holding announced the creation of a subsidiary of SIBUR Connect LLC, which will combine the competencies for the implementation of large IT infrastructure and communications projects of SIBUR.
