Alexey was born on March 7, 1968.

Alexey Abrameitsev graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute in 1993.

In 1996 gained the diploma of MBA at the International University.

Since 1994 worked in Midland Bank PLC (HSBC Group) of London U.K.

From 1996 to 2000 worked in JSC Inkombank and JSC Rossiyskiy Kredit Bank.

Since 2007 worked in Raiffeisenbank Ltd.

From 2012 to 2014 Abrameitsev worked as the chief executive, the chairman of the board in JSB Russlavbank.

In 2014 passed to work as the managing director of Contact payment system.
