Since 2012, Rafael Abrahamyan oversaw the technological and Internet assets of A & NN Group, a fund that manages all the assets of Alexander Mamut.
In 2013, he participated in the merger of the SUP Media and Rambler-Afisha holdings, which resulted in the formation of the Rambler & Co group, after which he also joined the Board of Directors of the Group.

2018: Rambler Group Operations Director
In February 2018, Rafael Abrahamyan was appointed operating director of the Rambler Group, a structure that will be formed during 2018 as a result of the merger of Rambler & Co, the cinema network Cinema Park, Formula Kino and the ABC-Atticus publishing group. More details here.
2019: CEO Rambler Group
As it became known on June 3, 2019, the Rambler Group has undergone changes in the management system: now CEO and management will be responsible for the management and development of the group instead of the managing committee. Rafael Abrahamyan has been appointed CEO of Rambler Group. The board will include leaders of the main divisions of the Rambler Group. In addition, Maxim Tadevosyan was appointed to the post of managing director.
According to Rafael Abrahamyan, "the main task of the new management system will be to increase the efficiency of processes by coordinating the units of the group."
It is clarified that changes in the management system occur as part of the previously announced transaction to enter the capital of the Sberbank group.[1]
2021: Creation of an investment and development bureau for the development of IT projects
In early April 2021, it became known about the creation of the RAMT investment and design bureau by former Rambler top managers Rafael Abrahamyan and Maxim Tadevosyan.
