1980

In 1980 graduated from MGIMO of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR.

In the system of the MFA since 1980 was at different diplomatic positions in central office and foreign institutions of the MFA.

1993 - 1994 - the head of department of Department of Africa and the Middle East.

1994 - 1995 and 1999 - 2000 - the head of department of Personnel department.

1995 - 1999 - the adviser of Embassy of Russia in France.

2000 - 2005 - the associate director of Personnel department.

2005 - 2010 - The ambassador of Russia in Ethiopia and in combination the Permanent representative of Russia at the African Union.

Since November, 2010 - the director of the department of information support the MFA of Russia^[1].

2013: The diplomatic rank is appropriated

On June 13, 2013 the diplomatic rank of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary is appropriated.

On September 16, 2019 it is appointed the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation in Albania.

TAdviser Interview

In Russia the import substitution program including in the direction of information technologies actively is implemented.
