Education

Career

1995 - 2006 - the Tacis program of the European Union, from the assistant to the project manager.

Taught in a number of the Russian universities (MATI, MGIMO, MIEM, RUDN, regional universities), advised the Russian and international companies concerning organizational development, to creation of the corporate universities, preparation and motivation of personnel, implementation of the systems of quality management.

2006 - 2008 - management team of the RAO UES of Russia Corporate Power University (CPU).

Headed Department of managerial preparation, being responsible for training programs and development of a managerial personnel of energoholding and also for key projects on technical training and interaction with the largest power companies. In 2007 was one of initiators of creation of MAKO – International association of corporate education.

2008 - Head of Department of personnel development and corporate culture of JSC SOLLERS (byvsh. Severstal-Auto)

For June 3, 2013 works as the CEO in corporate Academy of Rosatom.

Achievements, awards

2 patents in the field of distance learning.

2003 - winner of the Award of the Government of Moscow to "Best young scientists of the city".

Thanksgiving diplomas from administrations of a number of Russian regions (The Volgograd region, the Komi Republic, Sverdlovsk region) for a contribution to development of a management system for human resources at the regional level.
